New Seasons Harvest

We have started harvesting the new seasons oysters from the farm on the NSW mid-north coast.  We offer our customers a true farm-to-plate experience. Catch us this weekend at Craft Beer Week, 11am-4pm @ Giant Dwarf Theatre, 199 Cleveland St and at Marrickville Festival, 10am-5pm, Marrickville Road.

If you’ve ever wanted to shuck your own oysters – why not grab a couple these beautiful wooden handled knives. You’ll be on your way!

Did you know!

Each oyster filters about 100 to 150 litres of water a day. A day! Think of how much water a whole bed of those awesome bivalves are cleaning, which makes these not only tasty creatures, but good-for-the-environment ones as well.

Out and about

The Shuck Truck is out and about on Sydney streets with visits this week to the Foodies and Farmers Markets at Peakhurst and Canterbury.

Over the 3 and 4 September you can catch us at the Taste of Coogee festival located on Coogee Oval. On Sunday afternoon you can join us for a Masterclass on oysters and sustainable seafood, 3.15-4pm, book online. Coogee Oval, Brook St, Coogee Beach.
